of a world of experiences for our little girl. She turned 8 on November 25th, 2008. At the moment she has a handful of simple inerests in life. They are her family, her home, Elmo ( we lovingly call him little red friend), FOOD ( she has a great appetite for most everything) being outdoors on long walks, going to parks ( perferably with special swings) and school. She is technically in the 2nd grade and goes to school in Camarillo. She looks forward to the bus ride each day which is good because it last about an hour for her.
As her mother I decided to start this journal to document her life hopefully through her eyes and from her perspective. Since she is unable to do this herself I hope to be a tool to do it for her. I want to "take the good with the bad" so to speak. Even though she is perfect, things do not always go perfect. I hope for this journal to be like unto a gratitude journal without denying or overlooking the challenges that have brought us to be grateful in the simplest of triumphs. Although she cannot speak, she definately can think and undeniably has a mind of her own. These entries will be from what I see is her perspective. Thus being " n my daughters eyes".
